Need launch date of Commencement of Normal Depreciation (ANLB-AFABG) in some areas of the evaluation and other such date shall not be filled.

    example:

Assessment Area 01 - no start date throws normal depreciation.
Assessment Area 02 - no start date throws normal depreciation.
Assessment Area 04 - launches the start date of normal depreciation.
Assessment Area 05 - launches the start date of normal depreciation.

Any help will be of great value !!!
